At Snapdeals, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Qatar. Please review our shipping guidelines below for full transparency on delivery timelines, fees, and service options.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver only within the State of Qatar. Orders with shipping addresses outside Qatar will not be processed.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (Doha Area):
Orders within Doha are typically delivered within 24 hours from confirmation.
Remote Areas (Outside Doha):
Deliveries to areas such as Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, Shahaniya, and other distant locations may take up to 48 hours.
A shipping fee of up to QR 30 may apply depending on the location.
Delivery Days:
- Saturday – Thursday: Full-day delivery
- Friday: Limited (half-day service)
Orders placed on Fridays may experience slight delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Standard Delivery:
- Free delivery on all orders above QR 35 across Qatar
- Orders below QR 35 may include a delivery fee (shown at checkout)
Express Delivery (Doha Only):
- Delivery within 4 hours
- Available:
- Saturday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Fee: QR 20
- If delivery is not completed within the promised time, the express fee will be waived
